Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Kodiak Protein Muffin Mix

  • 1 small apple (diced)

  • 1 cup of blueberries or strawberries (or a mix of both)

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Fruit: Dice the apple and set it aside. Add your fresh blueberries or strawberries to the mix.

  2. Make the Topping: In a small saucepan, melt the cream cheese, butter, and maple syrup together over low heat. Stir until the mixture is smooth and combined. Set aside.
